We loved the convenience of the free shuttle buses that took us to the ChangBaiSan West entrance in just 40 minutes. The hotel's free airport shuttle also made our arrival and departure hassle-free, taking us to our destination in just 30 minutes. The all-around amenities that this hotel offers are also impressive, including ski slopes, hiking trails, a water park, sauna. This resort is perfect for both families and corporate events, and it is located in a beautiful spot with access to the stunning Heaven Lake.

The hotel is an excellent location for outdoor enthusiasts, with access to hiking trails and skiing in the winter like Colorado. the rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable, equipped with high-standard maintenance systems. the housekeeping staff provided exceptional service by addressing minor issues quickly. the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to ChangBaiSan West and the airport, making it convenient for those on the go.

The breakfast was not up to par, with limited choices for western guests.

The location was fantastic, offering easy access to a beautiful lake, hiking trails, and skiing. The resort had plenty of amenities, including a water park and sauna. The live show was also a highlight of the weekend. The free shuttle buses to the airport and ChangBaiSan West were incredibly convenient and well-timed.

Breakfast was a letdown. The bread and jam were not good, but the salad bar was decent.
